The ITSS Collaboration Services Team empowers eBay employees to connect, communicate, and collaborate seamlessly across functions and geographies.

Experience and expertise managing and supporting our core tools Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Slack.
Deep expertise administering large scale email environments in Exchange Online and Cisco Cloud Email Security platforms and previous implementations of DKIM, DMARC, and SPF.
Proficiency in supporting and implementing AI-powered agents, MCP servers, API access, and overseeing 3rd party app integrations across disparate platforms.

$85,600 - $151,100 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
