Responsibilities
- Design visual assets for print and digital formats that meet brand, accessibility, and quality standards.
- Manage your assignments and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Use generative AI tools to support ideation, iteration, and production tasks.
- Follow and help improve team workflows and design practices.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and AI capabilities.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Firefly).
- Familiarity with Figma and collaborative design tools.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including human review and quality control.
- Strong skills in layout, typography, color, and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation
- The full base pay range has been provided for this position.
- Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
- Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
- $58,300.00 - $93,200.00 USD
