About the role
- The Client Services Project Manager serves as a leader in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service through effective project coordination, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and client experience.
- Serve as a trusted representative of Epiq by demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- This individual will oversee multiple concurrent projects, collaborate across internal teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring high-quality execution and service delivery.
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and consistent delivery of project objectives.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate project activities and ensure effective execution of client deliverables.
- Effectively manage escalations and complex situations while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitor project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and provide visibility into project status and outcomes.
- Support and develop team members through coaching, collaboration, and effective delegation.
- Build trust-based partnerships
- Use storytelling to build buy-in
- Empower teams to manage their own goals
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
Nice to have
- Experience reviewing project metrics, operational data, budgets, billing, or financial reporting is a plus.

- Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location

- 5+ years of client-facing experience in project management, client services, operations, account management, legal services, claims administration, financial services, healthcare operations, or similar environments.
