Execution - Driven Mindset: Proven ability to deliver results by aligning internal and partner stakeholders across all levels-from C-level executives to individual contributors (ICs)-in sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve partnership goals.
Relationship Management at Scale: Expertise in building and maintaining impactful relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with ETL, BI, Governance, Database and technical product marketing. Comfortable facilitating discussions with product and sales engineering teams from Snowflake and its partners.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (7+ years) in technology sales, partnership management, or business development
Strong understanding of data platforms, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Partnership Experience is preferred: Experience managing technology or ISV partnerships is preferred.
