About the role
- This role ensures that the workplace is functional, efficient, and well-maintained by coordinating services, vendors, and internal requests.
- Performing repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Complies with all company safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment Maintaining landscaping to include snow and ice removal and addressing tenant service requests.
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures Planning and scheduling of repairs Identifies repair and maintenance, supervises contractors or vendors, obtains bids for project and manages inventory supplies.
- Maintains maintenance logs, tracking inventory and reports on the condition of the property Know of power and hand tools used in facilities maintenance.
- Follows local and state building codes.
- Performs other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 1-2 years of building maintenance, construction, plumbing or electrician experience preferred.
