About the role
- This role will report to the Global Head of Service Finance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive the Mitel Service reporting which includes producing and constantly improve the preparation of Monthly Actuals & Outlook for Mitel Management, including variance analysis and insights explaining the costs and revenue trajectories.
- Provide financial guidance and support to the other Service Finance BPs and controllers.
- Production and/or review of ad-hoc analysis to support the Management team
- A team player with the ability to lead and motivate others
Requirements
- Bachelor / Master's degree in fields such as finance, economics, accounting, or equivalent.
- 5+ years relevant professional work experience - preferably in a FP&A, controlling/ accounting role
- Experience in implementing and maintaining strong governance over key financial KPI's
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Second language proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex messages to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
