About the role

We work on clean-sheet, fast-paced product development projects across automotive, robotics, aerospace, and clean energy. Projects move quickly, often weeks or months, not years, and require close collaboration between clients and
- tightly integrated, multidisciplinary engineering teams. Depending on role and experience, team members may focus on delivery execution, client-facing program leadership, or full-lifecycle product ownership. All roles require comfort operating in ambiguity, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance technical, schedule, and business constraints

Compensation
- $70,000 - $100,000 Technical Project Manager / Product Manager Base
- $100,000 - $115,000 Senior Technical Project Manager / Product Manager Base
- $115,000 - $130,000 Salary is dependent on experience, knowledge, and interview performance.
