About the role
- Proficient in using computers (MS Office), and various application‑specific automotive and engineering test equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey technical information to remote engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Reproduce issues reported by the customer and support root cause analysis.
- Documentation of open issues related to customer development, customer meeting minutes, and support driving open issues to closure.
- Support Project Management for Technical approvals with the Customer
- Oversee Customer Vehicle development needs and interfaces with Continental Project Teams (builds, retrofits, reflashing, etc...)
- Effective organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Good knowledge and understanding of mechanical or electronic systems, with the ability to analyze technical problems.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- 2-years of product development experience
- 2-years of experience debugging software
- 2-years of experience with vehicle communication tools
- 2-years relevant automotive development and customer interactions experience
- Experience with Automotive Ethernet
Nice to have
- Experience in ADAS or Automotive technology a plus
