About the role
- This position is contingent on contract award.
- All ISD personnel are responsible for adhering to policies and procedures outlined in CENSECFORINST 1540.1, CENSECFORINST 1540.4, and NAVEDTRA 142.
- Participate in pilot courses, evaluations, and continuous improvement efforts
Responsibilities
- Support audits and compliance reviews
- Experience across all phases of the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process (ADDIE or similar methodologies)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant training or curriculum development experience
- Experience with AI-assisted tools for instructional design and content development
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Provide technical and administrative support as required
- , Knowledge, and Skills Required
Nice to have
- Experience with SharePoint development and administration
- Proficiency with Power Automate
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects)
- Prolonged periods working on a computer
- Ability to work extended hours as needed

- Associate's Degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Technology, or related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience, OR
Visa & Work Authorization
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
