About the role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the initial voice of Euna Solutions for prospective customers across our product lines.
In this role, you'll engage public sector leaders across North America-responding to expressed interest while also identifying and pursuing new opportunities within target accounts and territories.
You'll thrive here if you're curious, process-driven, resilient, and energized by meaningful conversations that uncover real business challenges.

Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, website forms, and product inquiries
Maintain accurate and timely CRM hygiene in Salesforce
Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign quality, messaging, and lead performance
Partner with Sales to align on account strategies, follow-up plans, and opportunity handoff
Drive for continuous improvement, with examples of improving processes or outcomes

$50-60K base + Commission
