About the role
- TYLin is seeking a motivated Project Manager, Aviation to join our growing Aviation team in the northeast.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex aviation infrastructure projects from planning through construction and closeout.
- Manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, transmittals, permits, and project records in accordance with client procedures.
- Maintain project controls systems and monitor project performance against schedule and budget objectives.
- Support procurement activities, consultant contracts, and construction administration processes.
- Monitor quality assurance and document control processes to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Identify project risks and assist project leadership in developing mitigation strategies.
- The ability to build productive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5-8 years of experience supporting the delivery of complex infrastructure or transportation projects.
- Experience working on large capital construction programs.
- Experience coordinating RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience supporting aviation or transportation infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with airport authorities, transportation agencies, or public-sector clients.
- Experience with project management information systems (PMIS), including e-Builder, Procore, SharePoint, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Required
- Knowledge of project controls, document management, construction administration, and contract management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred
- Familiarity with Design-Build and alternative project delivery methods.

Compensation
- As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $95,2000 - $130,000 annually for this position and local market.
