About the role
- The Director of Digital Marketing and eC ommerce is responsible for leading global direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth and digital marketing strategy across all assigned brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead global D2C ecommerce strategy, forecasting, and growth across owned sites, marketplaces, and digital channels.
- Drive online revenue through merchandising, pricing, promotions, customer experience, and conversion optimization.
- Oversee ecommerce platform enhancements, site functionality, and digital journey improvements with internal and external partners.
- Lead integrated digital marketing across paid media, email, social, SEO/SEM, affiliate, and performance channels.
- Identify digital trends, technologies, and growth opportunities that support long-term business goals.
- Manage digital advertising budgets to maximize ROI and performance.
- Manage agency partnerships to ensure alignment and execution quality.
- Set performance benchmarks, reporting standards, and optimization processes across digital programs and partners.
- Lead and develop internal web design and social media teams.
- Partner cross- functionally to support integrated campaigns and product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or related leadership roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
