Responsibilities

  • you use it where it creates real leverage in your own work, form opinions about what's actually useful, and share what you learn with your team without needing to be prompted
  • Own the design and delivery of complex features end-to-end, from initial scoping through production, with minimal guidance and a high standard for what "done" means

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in software development, with strong working knowledge of.NET/C#/MongoDB or similar.
  • You can tackle large, complex engineering problems with a high degree of independence.
  • Experience evolving a legacy or growth-stage application into an enterprise-scale platform
  • Comfort across a wide range of technical stacks (.NET/C#, MongoDB, Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, and others)
  • If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you.

Compensation

  • USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $153,000 USD and $214,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time
