About the role
- A Field Services Technician II plays a key role in the setup, calibration, transportation, and maintenance of agricultural equipment for both branch and customer use.
- Forklift experience (certification provided on the job) and willingness to operate pallet jacks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized facility and comply with all company and legal operating standards.
- Represent Wilbur-Ellis professionally and build strong relationships with growers and team members.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience and at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
- Mechanical aptitude, including basic knowledge of fabrication ( e.g. welding) techniques and machine calibration
- Physical ability to repetitively bend and lift 50 lbs.
Nice to have
- Class A CDL is preferred but not required
