About the role

  • A Field Services Technician II plays a key role in the setup, calibration, transportation, and maintenance of agricultural equipment for both branch and customer use.
  • Forklift experience (certification provided on the job) and willingness to operate pallet jacks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized facility and comply with all company and legal operating standards.
  • Represent Wilbur-Ellis professionally and build strong relationships with growers and team members.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience and at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
  • Mechanical aptitude, including basic knowledge of fabrication ( e.g. welding) techniques and machine calibration
  • Physical ability to repetitively bend and lift 50 lbs.

Nice to have

  • Class A CDL is preferred but not required
