About the role
- Handling of digital files used to produce CTP and DLE plates.
- Proofreads negatives and plates for accuracy.
- Produces printing plates for product labels according to the schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provides support for the quality graphics function as directed.
- Maintain and clean machines.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Perform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Requirements
- Ability to work to specifications.
- Ability to concentrate, meet deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Must be able to recognize and define problems using investigative processes.
- Ability to understand conversational speaking
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - per safety guidelines
- Ability to work in an environment that can become very hot (temperature) depending on the weather.
