- Each year, 1 in 20 people in the U.S. experiences a medical diagnostic or compliance-related mistake.
- Most providers lack the time, staffing, and tools to mitigate these issues - so they go unnoticed, impacting care quality and increasing clinical and financial risk.
- Since then, we've grown to serve over 250,000 providers across all 50 states who use Brellium to take better care of their patients and ensure data-driven, compliant care.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CTO and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap based on customer needs and market opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to develop compelling case studies and showcase customer success stories
- Work with Customer Success Leadership to develop and enforce best practices around implementation
- This role requires strong enterprise relationship management skills, the ability to own technical projects from end to end, and the ability to navigate complex organizations at the executive level.
- Developing customer facing content for implementation meetings and knowledge base references
- Developing scalable process for customer implementation from contract signature to 'go-live'
Requirements
- Experience owning projects from end to end
Nice to have
- Proven experience in software product development
- Prior coding or software development experience
- Hubspot (CRM) experience
Compensation
- $140,000-$180,000 per year
- Compensation decisions are made holistically, ensuring fairness and alignment with market benchmarks while recognizing individual contributions and potential.

- 'Solutioning' for customers with technical needs including API integrations, EMR connections and new product development
- Project management for go-live process (planning & execution)
