About the role
- SimplePractice is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer II with expert knowledge in Ruby on Rails and heavy Backend experience to help us roll-out the multitude of features and service improvements we have planned.
Responsibilities
- Building out the next generation practice management platform
- Designed and implemented large, scalable web applications and have an appreciation for clean, elegant and simple code
- Solid communication, technical design, and collaboration skills
Requirements
- You have 8+ years experience with Ruby on Rails, or other web application framework
- Experience with LLMs and AI coding assistants
- Experience with Linux, preferable CentOS/RHEL
- Experience with compliance standards PCI/HIPAA
- You have a track record of success mentoring other engineers
Compensation
- Base salary is one component of total compensation.
