Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain teamwork plan and budget
- Manage direct and indirect labor efficiently
- Develop Team Leaders, Service Leaders and all other leadership
- Manage the Safety system within their area
- Leading and coordinating activities with the team to achieve KPIs on Safety, Quality, Customer Service (schedule compliance and attainment), Reliability (OEE and changeovers), Cost (Yield, material management), and People (Talent development, coaching/feedback to correct and support behaviors).
- Campbell's has a variety of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support employees.
Requirements
- 3+ years manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years leading a team or supervisory experience
Compensation
- The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
