TGR Haas F1 Team has been a stalwart of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship over the past decade.

Collaborate with the team of model makers and the Team Leader Model Maker to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to define and optimize the scheduling of part preparation activities in terms of timing and quality.
Collaborate with the design department to resolve issues and improve the efficiency and quality of the assembly and part preparation process.
Perform routine inspections and checks on mechanical, electronic assemblies, or individual components.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment.

Due to the nature of the organisation, all employees of TGR Haas F1 Team are required to be security cleared to National Security Vetting standards.
A high school diploma with a technical focus or equivalent is required.
Category B driving license.
Extensive previous experience as a model maker in motorsport or high-tech workshops.

Completion of all mandatory compliance training (including health and safety, data protection, and role‑specific regulatory training) is a condition of employment and must be maintained throughout tenure.
