About the role

  • The ideal candidate will be instrumental in growing the firm's franchise by attracting and retaining sophisticated clients and delivering bespoke investment solutions.
  • Leverage personal networks, centers of influence, and strategic partnerships to expand the client base.
  • Provide proactive portfolio reviews, performance reporting, and strategic rebalancing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to acquire UHNW clients and family offices.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to position the firm as a trusted advisor to UHNW families.
  • Design and manage highly customized portfolios tailored to complex client needs, including multi-generational wealth planning.
  • Deliver white-glove service and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.

Requirements

  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of fiduciary trust laws in advising on trust structures, estate planning, and wealth transfer strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, CFP, or CTFA preferred
  • 7+years - of industry work experience (Required)

Skills

  • Advise on governance frameworks and fiduciary responsibilities for family office structures.

Compensation

  • Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
