Responsibilities
- Collaborate, challenge and enrich brainstorms and ideation processes across clients and deliverables-generating clear ideas, concepts and executions
- Lead projects from concept through execution by producing sketches, storyboards, art layouts through photo and video shoots, based on creative visions and ideas
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a highly organized and detailed manner
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying current with design trends and innovations.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and cultural nuances to create impactful and relevant designs
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
- VF will provide reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals to the extent required by applicable law.
Nice to have
- High proficiency in contemporary design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro, Figma, GIF creation, advanced photography skills, video editing experience a plus.
Skills
- Previous experience in productions showcasing art direction for both photo and video
- Retouching and recoloring of assets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
Compensation
- $73,440.00 USD - $91,800.00 USD annually
- Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
