Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Green-card follow-through: 99%

Of 78 labor certifications old enough to have been used, 1 expired without the employer filing the next step. Median time from filing to decision: 497 days.100% of their filings were for a worker who already held the job.Only certifications past the 180-day window are counted — recent ones cannot have expired yet.

Files H-1B transfers

49 transfer filings in the last year, covering 49 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • We are seeking a vision-driven Product Owner to join our Enterprise DataOps & Governance team.
  • In this role, you will bridge the gap between product strategy and tactical execution, serving as the primary liaison between key business stakeholders, data governance leaders, and agile development teams.
  • To enable this strategy, the ED&A team has worked with the business to identify critical business areas in which data and analytics can make a material difference in the execution of Workday's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, stakeholder feedback, and strategic enterprise objectives.
  • Track key product performance metrics (KPIs), user adoption, and feedback loops to continuously drive iterative product improvements.
  • Workday has launched an Enterprise Data and Analytics (ED&A) Team to transform and optimize the way Workday creates and shares trusted data to drive actionable insights and data led innovation across the enterprise.
  • Each of these goals is being organized as a data product with a dedicated multi-functional team to drive a diverse set of data management, governance, and data analytics to realize relevant, measurable business change.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Business Technology, Data Governance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to gather requirements and align product roadmaps.
  • Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum software development environment.
  • 5+ years of experience managing product backlogs, writing detailed user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
  • 7+ years of agile management experience tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
  • Experience working within enterprise data, analytics, or data product environments.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role).
  • Workday is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals during our application process, in order to perform one or more essential functions of their job, as well as regarding the use of AI tools for employment decision-making to any degree.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, exceptional communication skills, and an analytical mindset.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Nice to have

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) is strongly preferred.

Skills

  • Your work days are brighter here.

Compensation

  • $135,700 - $203,500 CAD
  • In addition, Workday will never ask candidates to pay a recruiting fee, or pay for consulting or coaching services, in order to apply for a job at Workday.

Benefits

  • Our Approach to Flexible Work
