About the role

  • This role involves frequent engagement with business operations and other internal groups, as well as external vendors.

Requirements

  • 3 years of accounting experience with direct exposure to accounting operation duties like AP, FA, GL and cash reconciliations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including the ability to work with complex Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee of granted asylum
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Nice to have

  • Experience with standard software solutions preferred, for example: QuickBooks Online, ERPs, Ramp, Carta

Compensation

  • In addition, employees receive paid sick time, 13 company-paid holidays, and an annual paid company shutdown.
