About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of broker partners and employer clients, building strong, long-term relationships that drive retention and growth.
  • Develop and execute account plans to identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing broker and employer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support renewal strategies, re-engagement campaigns, and referral generation from existing accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to brokers and employers, proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Support and mentor junior account management team members to ensure consistent client experience and achievement of retention targets.
  • The kitchen is well-stocked and we've designed the space to have lots of different areas to work--lounge on the couch, stand near your colleague at a kiosk desk or hole up in one of our phone rooms!
  • Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through retention, expansion, and deepening of current partnerships, while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/account management software.
  • You may be familiar with Malcolm Gladwell's "10,000-hour rule," asserting that the key to achieving true expertise in any skill is simply a matter of practicing, albeit in the correct way, for at least 10,000 hours.
  • Do you have the hunger and desire to get to these 10,000 hours quicker than anyone else?
  • 401(k): 90-day eligibility for 4% match that vests over 4 years with a one year cliff!
