About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of broker partners and employer clients, building strong, long-term relationships that drive retention and growth.
- Develop and execute account plans to identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing broker and employer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support renewal strategies, re-engagement campaigns, and referral generation from existing accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to brokers and employers, proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Support and mentor junior account management team members to ensure consistent client experience and achievement of retention targets.

- Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through retention, expansion, and deepening of current partnerships, while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/account management software.
- You may be familiar with Malcolm Gladwell's "10,000-hour rule," asserting that the key to achieving true expertise in any skill is simply a matter of practicing, albeit in the correct way, for at least 10,000 hours.
