About the role

This role is critical to production success, ensuring material availability, proper inventory control, and timely coordination with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams.

Develop and manage material demand schedules based on production plans and order requirements.
Generate purchase requisitions to support ongoing production while maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing excess or obsolete materials.
Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure clear communication of material availability.
Support inventory control measures, reporting, and system updates using ERP/warehouse management tools.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Materials Supervisor or Warehouse Manager.
T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain.

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Frequent walking, standing, bending, and manual handling of materials required.

Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Work is performed in a climate-controlled manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Day and night shifts available
Shifts are 12 hours (3 on / 4 off
4 on / 3 off)
The T1 Way

Forklift and/or Electric Pallet Jack Certification preferred.
Associate degree or higher preferred
relevant work experience in material handling, warehouse logistics, or inventory control is strongly considered.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment preferred (solar or electronics manufacturing is a plus).
