About the role
- Company Description B2B SaaS companies face significant challenges in their Go-To-Market (GTM) operations due to outdated tooling for revenue operations, including quoting, invoicing, and metering.
- Experience - 5+ years working as a senior designer for complex (preferably B2B) web applications. - 3+ years experience working with Figma.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the engineering team to articulate your design choices and the tradeoffs.
- Use end-user research to deliver an amazing product experience.
- Set a design-first culture in the company.
- Establish and scale our design system, ensuring consistency across all the touchpoints.
- A product-obsessed designer with an eye for clean, minimalist, and human-centric design.
- You find poorly designed products frustrating and are on a mission to fix them.

Requirements
- You have 3+ years of UX/UI experience, ideally in a fast-growing startup.
- You have experience in user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX work is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Interaction or a related field (or equivalent experience).
