About the role
- The Private Banking Associate (PBA) serves as the primary sales support partner to Private Bankers and is responsible for the end-to-end onboarding and maintenance of private banking relationships. This role supports a seamless client experience across deposit and lending products through strong operational execution, relationship support, and risk
- management. The PBA manages the onboarding process from client intake through account opening, funding, and documentation completion. In partnership with clients, bankers, KYC teams, underwriting, and operations, the PBA ensures all requirements are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with bank policy.
