Responsibilities
- Implement lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher, ensuring alignment with school curriculum.
- Maintain organization and order in the classroom.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to engage and motivate students of various grade levels.
- Familiarity with classroom management strategies.
- Comfort with adjusting to different classroom settings.
- Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, often on short notice.
- Commitment to the Christian faith and mission of Parkhurst Academy.
