This role is a live ‑ in position and requires residency in an on ‑ site, designated suite.
Show suites to prospective tenants, evaluating candidates and providing feedback to the property manager.

Requirements

Program security fobs as required and ensure the property is safe and secure at all time
Minimum of 2 years residential maintenance experience
Willingness to learn and the ability to work without direction - a self-starter
Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with Yardi Rent Café and Maintenance IQ is an asset.

Compensation

$60,000 - $65,000, per annum, depending on experience.
Our growing residential portfolio includes 44,000 homes that are complete, in design or under construction, from mixed-use residential to townhome, rental and single-family homes.
