About the role
- This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment while also ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires through their first day of employment.
- DTAC is a growing behavioral health organization serving youth and families across multiple states.
Responsibilities
- Develop recruiting strategies and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Manage employment branding and recruiting-related social media initiatives
- Build partnerships with colleges, workforce programs, and community organizations to support long-term hiring pipelines
- Manage recruiting vendors including background check providers, job boards, and advertising partners
- Train and support hiring managers on interview best practices and hiring processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Nice to have
- Experience leading onboarding and employment branding initiatives preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
Benefits

- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
