About the role

- This role is an onsite position at our downtown Toronto office ( Bay and Bloor ).
- Where You Come In The Finance Manager will have exposure to a variety of finance, accounting, reporting and strategic functions as well as supporting Loop's compliance and internal audit needs.
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting Support the Head of Finance in the external audit process with the provision of necessary data and reporting, and assisting in with the resolution of audit findings Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings as well as compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Help maintain and improve internal cross-functional management reporting requirements Support the internal risk and compliance functions to ensure Loop is meeting its regulatory responsibilities Monitor performance against budgets, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to other internal teams.
- Provide Additional Cross-Functional Support Help with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial models and scenario analysis for the finance team and other teams at Loop Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business performance.

Requirements
- CPA designation or equivalent 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
