Performs confidential administrative functions including but not limited to organizing confidential files, performing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Build strong relationships with all levels of the company, departments, and consumers.
Contact all parties explaining status, estimated time frames, and what is needed to complete the loan process. Maintain regular contact throughout the loan process.
Maintain marketing and print materials for Loan Officer through databases and social media

MLO license is required.
ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
