About the role

Position Overview The risk control consultant evaluates our policyholders' risk control environment from an all-lines perspective.
They will facilitate on-site surveys and inspections with third party field representatives, conduct on-site surveys if needed, identify risk exposures and analyze risk experience and program needs with our policyholders.
This role will work closely with our internal insurance teams as a trusted advisor providing data‑driven risk mitigation services and translating exposures into insights that inform underwriting decisions.

Conducts loss analyses to develop and implement loss control programs tailored to the needs of the policyholder
Delivers consulting services to the policyholder at all levels of an organization
Partners with risk control and other departments to facilitate risk/safety training and other services
Inside climate-controlled office building

Bachelor's Degree in safety, engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Experience with general liability and property insurance and other insurance coverages and applications
Experience with apartment real estate or public housing operations
