Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for local office staff, including device configuration, account management, software installation and conference room AV support.
- Maintain site LAN and wireless networks, including Wi-Fi controller administration, channel optimization and performance analysis.
- Maintain VMware virtualization platforms and on-premises servers to guarantee system stability and performance.
- Support PKI and certificate management to secure access and communication encryption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Network Engineering or related disciplines
- minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise networking or IT support (5 years required for deep network architecture roles).
Compensation
- CAD 80k-CAD 100k
