About the role
- Lead multi-site contamination control and sterility assurance activities, ensuring alignment to Cytiva's global standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related scientific discipline (advanced degree desirable) Extensive experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry
- Drive site KPI performance, monitoring key metrics and supporting sites to meet defined targets Ensure consistent implementation of global CCSA policies and procedures across all assigned sites Support and lead problem solving activities (RCA/CAPA) related to sterility assurance and microbial control Partner with site Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective execution and compliance Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sterility assurance and contamination control performance Act as a key interface between global
