Responsibilities
- Drive measurable improvements in efficiency and security outcomes
Nice to have
- o Check Point and Cisco ASA firewalls
- o Proxy solutions
- o Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
- o Zscaler (preferred)
Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including use of metrics and data
- CCNP Security
- Or equivalent certifications
- Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical groups
- Experience providing strategic and operational guidance
- Reduced incident response and resolution times
- High uptime and stability of security infrastructure
- Strong stakeholder trust and communication during incidents
- Continuous improvement in team performance and operational effectiveness
- Work in a mission-critical security leadership role
- Collaborate with top-tier engineering and security teams
Compensation
- Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations.
