  • Drive measurable improvements in efficiency and security outcomes

  • o Zscaler (preferred)

Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including use of metrics and data
  • CCNP Security
  • Or equivalent certifications
  • Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical groups
  • Experience providing strategic and operational guidance
  • Reduced incident response and resolution times
  • High uptime and stability of security infrastructure
  • Strong stakeholder trust and communication during incidents
  • Continuous improvement in team performance and operational effectiveness
  • Work in a mission-critical security leadership role
  • Collaborate with top-tier engineering and security teams

Compensation

  • Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations.
