Requirements
- Knowledge of U.S. and Canada Customs' import and export laws and regulations
- Knowledge of U.S. and Canada antidumping duties, laws and regulations
- Experience with Free Trade Agreements including USMCA, GSP
- Ability to interface with all Watts' internal departments
- Capability to represent the company with regards to all import/export-related government agencies and external consultants when required
- Ability to be proactive in recognizing and adjusting to shifting priorities
- BA/BS with 4 to 5 years relevant import/export operational and compliance experience
Nice to have
- Proficient in English
- additional languages a plus
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is $104,000- $120,000 yearly.
- Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.

- Scope of Position
- This highly motivated, detail-oriented and data-driven individual will be part of the Global Trade Compliance Team and will be responsible for the daily management of the Watts' global trade compliance program.
- This position reports to the Global Trade Compliance Manager.
- This role is hybrid or remote, depending on candidate location.
- Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the Americas' portion of the Watts' imports/exports program, to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Liaise with local Customs officials as needed, to facilitate the movement of goods
- Manage the daily import/export activity for the Americas region
- Manage and maintain the global Watts' product dictionary to include HTS, ADD/CVD, ECCN, materials etc.
- Prepare internal monthly Customs reports
