This position is responsible for supervision of the Americas Global Trade Compliance Specialist.

Knowledge of U.S. and Canada Customs' import and export laws and regulations
Knowledge of U.S. and Canada antidumping duties, laws and regulations
Experience with Free Trade Agreements including USMCA, GSP
Ability to interface with all Watts' internal departments
Capability to represent the company with regards to all import/export-related government agencies and external consultants when required
Ability to be proactive in recognizing and adjusting to shifting priorities
BA/BS with 4 to 5 years relevant import/export operational and compliance experience

The expected salary range for this position is $104,000- $120,000 yearly.
Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.

Scope of Position
This highly motivated, detail-oriented and data-driven individual will be part of the Global Trade Compliance Team and will be responsible for the daily management of the Watts' global trade compliance program.
This position reports to the Global Trade Compliance Manager.
This role is hybrid or remote, depending on candidate location.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the Americas' portion of the Watts' imports/exports program, to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Liaise with local Customs officials as needed, to facilitate the movement of goods
Manage the daily import/export activity for the Americas region
Manage and maintain the global Watts' product dictionary to include HTS, ADD/CVD, ECCN, materials etc.
Prepare internal monthly Customs reports
