  • Support Individual Growth Assist individuals in working toward goals established in their Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide person-centered supports.
  • Implement positive behavioral supports that promote success and dignity.
  • Maintain Quality Services Complete daily documentation, progress notes, attendance records, medication administration records, and incident reports accurately and on time.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe program environment.
  • As a Program Instructor, you'll help individuals discover new interests, strengthen life skills, and build lasting relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.

Skills

  • Encourage healthy decision-making, independence, and daily living skills.
