Responsibilities
- We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the North American Human Resources team to forecast hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and continuously enhance hiring processes.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with client groups and lead weekly/bi-weekly staffing update meetings to align teams on recruitment needs and action items.
- Lead and/or participate in projects and training sessions that improve standard work.
- Drive action and provide ongoing progress updates to team members.
- Establish proactive recruitment strategies to develop a pipeline of future talent.
- Perform administrative tasks associated with the role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years High Volume Recruiting experience
- 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required, with a preference for candidates with experience in high-volume recruitment and/or manufacturing.
- Experience using an ATS is required.
- Knowledge of OFCCP & EEO guidelines and experience advising clients on adherence to compliance requirements.
- Ability to independently make decisions, adapt to shifting priorities, and recognize when to seek assistance.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Some travel (upwards of 30% - roughly one week / month) may be required to visit assigned client groups and support recruiting process adoption.
Compensation
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for hourly positions, including sourcing, phone screening, candidate selection guidance, and offer/pre-employment process management, as required.
