Responsibilities
- Maintain responsibility for telemetry emergency phone.
- The incumbent may perform other duties, both major and minor, that are not mentioned below.
- Initiate, receive, and deliver telephone messages related to unit activities
- Maintain patients' charts on assigned units
- Order and maintain adequate supply levels on unit
Requirements
- The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this job:
- Ability to work at computer/monitor for long periods
- Ability to remain calm under emergency situations
- Ability to communicate verbally
- Required Licenses and Certifications
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English
