About the role

- The Site Fulfillment Operations Leader, Midwest Facility, is responsible for leading all operational aspects of the company's second warehouse location in the Midwest.
- This role serves as the on-site operational leader during facility buildout, startup, and post-go-live stabilization, with accountability for staffing, readiness, and sustained performance.
Requirements
- Assist in implementation of new systems, automation, or process enhancements as required
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or Industrial Engineering Lean or Six Sigma certification.
- Experience implementing warehouse management systems (WMS), automation, or material handling technologies.
- The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy.
- Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets.
- At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case.
Compensation
- This role's range is $93,250 - 196,500.
- The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy.
- Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets.
- At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case.
- The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
