Responsibilities

  • Lead the paid and natural SEO program to optimize reach and best practice search techniques
  • Support and maintain internal portal tools to ensure teams can access best practice tools, templates and tutorials to better execute digital campaigns
  • Support the measurable conversion model by working to integrate other data sources, including CRM and sales data to build insight into customer behavior and needs
  • Support marketers around the world in the day-to-day use of webinar, social media, email, sales enablement and other tools to meet measurable objectives
  • Support the design, development and deployment of high quality and engaging experiences on the websites
  • Maintains appropriate
  • Operate as an internal specialist of marketing activities to build effective communication programs.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations or similar field
  • 4-7 years of experience in a social media, digital or communications role (must have spent some of that time in social media)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with several internal teams
  • Mastery of Social Media Channels and Tools: Must be proficient in the tactical use of core channels and key tools (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, social content management tools, etc.)
