Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience supporting project coordination, project management, business operations, IT operations, compliance, security, or related functions.
Experience coordinating project activities, including meeting management, action item tracking, project schedules, status reporting, and documentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and document management platforms such as SharePoint.
Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder requests in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience documenting decisions, tracking deliverables, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Experience supporting projects within compliance, audit, risk management, cybersecurity, governance, or regulated environments.
Experience using project tracking, ticketing, workflow, GRC, or evidence management tools.
Knowledge of project lifecycle management, including project intake, planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and closeout activities.
Experience driving process improvements and implementing more efficient project management or operational workflows.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Business Operations.
The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
