Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations, Culinary, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to support new product launches, process changes, and operational initiatives.
- Support the development, testing, validation, and documentation of operational procedures and standards.
- Partner with Culinary team during product testing and operationalization activities to ensure procedures are executable and effectively translated into training materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance learner engagement, operational performance, and franchisee support.
- Support project timelines, communications, and coordination for international training initiatives.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of professional experience.
Nice to have
- 1-3 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, training, or operations environments.
- Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment.
- Experience supporting product rollouts, operational testing, process documentation, or training initiatives.
- E xperience working with cross-functional teams or supporting multi-unit operations.
Skills
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to observe operational processes and identify opportunities to improve execution and training effectiveness.
- Comfortable working in both office and restaurant environments, including kitchen and production areas.
- Ability to translate operational processes into clear and effective training resources.
