Responsibilities
- Commissioning Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and strategies for data center projects.
- Collaborate with construction, procurement, and engineering teams to integrate commissioning activities into overall project timelines.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of systems to validate performance against design specifications.
- Collaborate with the QA/QC team to address any issues identified during the commissioning process.
- Ensure that all data center parts are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained correctly.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Manage third party Commissioning Authority (CxA) and help manage onboarding, documentation preparation, field work, and contract management with the CxAs on different projects.
- Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of commissioning processes, test results, and outcomes.
- About the role The Commissioning Manager support the delivery of mission-critical data center projects across the U.S. This role reports to the Director of Commissioning and serves leads and supports execution of Prime's commissioning (Cx) strategies to ensure the successful integration and functionality of all building systems.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commissioning or QA/QC, preferably within data centers or other mission-critical facilities.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically adept, and brings a proven track record of commissioning mechanical, electrical, and control systems within data center or other mission-critical environments.

Compensation
- Benefits Competitive salary range $130K - $170K and performance bonus program 401k fully vested upon enrollment, up to a 4% employer match 100% employee premiums paid by employer for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability Paid Time Off + Sick time Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
