About the role
- This is a project-based engagement, fixed-fee per phase, running in parallel with and reporting through the Laboratory Director.
Responsibilities
- Has led design on at least three IVF or ART lab projects in the past five years.
- Documented expertise in VOC mitigation, positive-pressure cascade design, HEPA and carbon filtration sizing, and makeup air handling for IVF labs specifically.
Requirements
- Cryostorage planning: Post-Pacific Fertility tank failure-era expertise in dewar layout, LN2 supply infrastructure, monitoring, alarming, and physical security.
Nice to have
- Familiar with Florida Office Surgery Registration requirements and South Florida permitting environment.
- Florida code fluency (preferred): Familiar with Florida Office Surgery Registration requirements and South Florida permitting environment.
