Responsibilities

- Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine and complex account research, analyze variances and prepare appropriate reports for assigned book of business (BoB) at a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform month-over-month analysis, researching and resolving invoicing discrepancies and explaining variances with clear, concise and complete explanations and the ability to handle complex billing issues.
