Responsibilities
- Under supervision of the Lead MRI Technologist, and following established policies and procedures, performs a variety of duties related to MRI.
Requirements
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and MRI Technology required.
- Minimum one year of experience in MRI Technology
- Hands on experience with Siemens MRI equipment
- Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.
- Age Specific Criteria: Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, and/or willingness to continue formal education in this category within a designated time period
- Will require 1-3 months of orientation or the equivalent with on-the-job training based on existing skill-set
- Synapse/PACS experience
