About the role
- This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is both strategic and analytical, and comfortable managing a team while driving measurable results.
- Plan and execute campaigns aligned to business and leasing priorities
- Improved conversion rates and marketing ROI
Responsibilities
- Lead digital marketing strategy across all channels (paid media, SEO, email, website, listings)
- Drive qualified lead generation and optimize conversion performance
- Manage and optimize channel performance through testing, data, and insights
- Work across marketing platforms and tools to support execution, tracking, and reporting
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure systems and campaigns are operating effectively
- Lead and develop a team of digital specialists, driving accountability and performance
- Strong and consistent lead generation across markets
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
Nice to have
- Experience in real estate marketing, particularly within the multifamily asset class
