About the role
- This position blends traditional Medical Assistant responsibilities with front-end patient coordination functions to ensure smooth clinic operations - especially during launch and early growth phases.
- This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a team-first mindset, as you may rotate between clinical and patient-facing administrative responsibilities based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Care & Provider Support
- Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, RSV, COVID, hemoglobin, etc.).
- Support medication refills, prior authorizations, referrals, and patient recall efforts.
- Answer and manage incoming calls with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements
- BLS certification required
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
